For Radioactive I have collaborated with Helen Grundy. Together we have created a light sculpture entitled Antidote. From my work as a lighting engineer I became fascinated in the effects of light on human emotions and I was able to play with this idea through many successful themed ‘chill rooms’. The use of light is central to this piece and it transforms Antidote from a cold, drab and mundane collection of industrial materials into a warm pulsating entity, capable of provoking a range of feelings.
